Postdoctoral Fellow

My research interests lie at the intersection of bioinformatics, microbiome analysis, and high-throughput sequencing data processing. Through my work with the Bioinformatics Platform (BIP), I focus on developing and optimizing pipelines for diverse omics data, enabling the discovery of biomarkers and insights into complex diseases. Additionally, I am interested in the integration of machine learning approaches to analyze large-scale datasets and improve the interpretation of microbiome-host interactions.
