Postdoctoral Fellow

I am a computational science lead in the group. I am involved in several projects, including the Global Microbiome Conservancy, the analysis of gut bacterial vesiculomes, and horizontal gene transfers in the microbiome. My work also involves supervising computational research in our group, and the set up of bioinformatic pipelines and infrastructure.
