Lab Manager

With my expertise in biotechnology, I ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the laboratory as the technical laboratory manager. Supporting scientists in the execution of sophisticated experiments, particularly those involving bioreactors, is my passion. My core responsibility involves planning and coordinating laboratory workflows, with a special focus on bioreactor experiments. Ensuring the availability of resources, including equipment, materials, and anaerobic bacterial cultures, as well as monitoring compliance with safety regulations, especially when handling biological materials, are essential tasks.

Our Scientists receive technical support from me in method development and optimization of  processes and I handle troubleshooting and maintenance of laboratory equipment, including complex bioreactor systems. Furthermore, I implement and monitor internal quality standards to ensure high quality research.
