PhD Candidate (co-supervised by Andre Franke)

During my PhD, I am focusing on genetic determinants of host-microbiome interactions in humans. I develop and establish sequencing approaches and use bioinformatic tools to study i.a., the gut microbiome and its interactions regarding (neglected tropical) diseases.
