PhD Candidate

My research interest lies in understanding the complex interactions within microbial communities and their roles in health and disease across populations and inflammtory disease subtypes. My current work specifically focuses on designing and characterizing synthetic bacterial communities to understand and modulate microbiomes associated with inflammatory diseases, aiming to restore healthy microbial signatures and alleviate inflammatory disease symptoms.
